'I just hope that one day, when I decide to be pregnant that people are happy for me,' superstar jokes about year-round bump-watch.
By Jocelyn Vena
In 2010 alone, Beyoncé was pregnant at least twice, if you believe the rumors.
While the singer shot down the talk both times, she says that at this point she's pretty much to used to people speculating about potential baby bumps. "I mean, it's a part of it. At this point they said I've been pregnant like eight times, so I'm kind of used to it," Beyoncé told MTV News at a screening for her concert DVD, "I Am ... World Tour," in New York City.
"I just hope that one day, when I decide to be pregnant that people are happy for me, 'cause I'm like gosh, like, everyone's like, 'Oh god, please! She's been pregnant 100 times.' One day, hopefully, I will be. So whatever; it's a part of being a celebrity, I guess."
Her mom, Tina Knowles, was also at the screening and when asked if she thought that 2011 might be the year we give up gossiping about Bey's pregnancy status, she played it cool. "You have to ask her those personal things," she said. "I don't know!"
But Tina was also the lady to shoot down the baby-bump rumors last month when she sat down with talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres.
"I heard that, but I'm here to clear the rumors up. The truth is it's not Beyoncé that's pregnant, it's me," she joked. "No, it's not true. Not right now. I'm looking forward to it. With all the rumors, by now I should have about five or six grandchildren."
What do you think of the constant speculation about Bey and a baby bump? Tell us in the comments!

'It's funny because the end has kind of a setup for a sequel,' Paul Weitz says.

As the "Fockers" franchise has been wont to do throughout its 10-year run, the third installment in the highly successful franchise, "Little Fockers," brought in major box-office dollars once again during its opening weekend. This more than proves that it doesn't matter that audiences had to wait six years between "Meet the Fockers" and the latest film: They like to see Robert DeNiro get silly with Ben Stiller. And Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand, for that matter.
Given the success of "Little Fockers," the next question on inquiring minds is, "When are they shooting a sequel?" When we caught up with director Paul Weitz recently during the press tour for "Fockers," we asked him what talk he'd heard about a potential fourth film.
"There's been none with me," Weitz said, indicating that this directorial romp with the "Fockers" will be his one and only. "I would be the first in line to buy a ticket [to the fourth film]," he said.
But even though it sounds like Weitz won't be involved in moving the Fockers forward, he had a pretty good idea of why people think there might be one planned.
"It's funny because the end has kind of a setup for a sequel [minor spoiler alert ahead!], where they say 'We're buying the house two doors down' " Weitz said. "Which was really a last-second thought by [screenwriter] John Hamburg. It wasn't sort of a calculated 'Alright, what's the sequel going to be,' " he explained. "But it does seem like a good setup for a sequel!"
Would you like to see another "Fockers" film? Tell us in the comments.

Drummer admits he doesn't know what will come of 'new material.'
By Chris Harris
Jason Bonham
Photo: Larry Marano/ Getty Images
On Friday morning, mere hours before he was due to take the stage with classic rockers Foreigner at Detroit's GM Renaissance Center, drummer Jason Bonham — the son of late Led Zeppelin kitman John Bonham — told Jim Johnson and Lynne Woodison of local rock station 94.7 WCSX that he'd be an ex-member of Foreigner as of September 1. But that's not the only thing he said.
Much to the delight of Led Zeppelin fans everywhere, Bonham revealed that he's been meeting up with Led Zep guitarist Jimmy Page and bassist John Paul Jones in recent months and that they've been "trying to do some new material and writing."
It was the first time since Led Zeppelin announced they would re-form for a single performance (which happened late last year at London's O2 Arena, in honor of the late Ahmet Ertegün, who signed the band to Atlantic Records in 1969) that anyone connected to the band has confirmed publicly that new music could be on the horizon for the iconic rockers. While the bandmembers have stopped short of definitively ruling out such a reunion, singer Robert Plant insisted in the wake of last year's show that he intended to focus on promoting and touring behind his critically lauded album with bluegrass artist Alison Krauss, Raising Sand.
Not that Bonham knows what — if anything — will happen with the new material he's been working on with Page (who collaborated with pop singer Leona Lewis on an uneven version of Zep's "Whole Lotta Love" at the Olympic closing ceremonies in Beijing on Sunday night) and Jones. He said he just shows up and takes his seat behind the kit.
"I've been over [to England] a couple of times," Bonham said. "I've been working with Jimmy and John Paul and trying to do ... some new material and some writing. I don't know what it will be, but it will be something. At the moment, all I know is I have the great pleasure to go and jam with the two guys and start work on some material. When I get there, I never ask any questions. If I get a phone call to go and play, I enjoy every moment of it. Whatever it ends up as, to ever get a chance to jam with two people like that, it is a phenomenal thing for me. It's my life. It's what I've dreamed about doing."
He said it's still too early to tell what will become of these "jam" sessions, but admitted that the "possibility of doing something is in the cards. I really felt it was in the cards from the moment we walked offstage at the O2." Bonham also explained that, before there could be a Led Zep LP, "lots of politics [would need to] get ironed out," but added that recording with Zep is "something I've always wanted to do."
Bonham noticeably didn't mention frontman Plant's name during the discussion. A spokesperson for Page's management had no comment on the matter, and a spokesperson for Jones' management could not be reached by press time.

They may not be the biggest blockbusters of the year, but ?Another Year,? ?Biutiful,? and ?Blue Valentine? are all set to make a splash today (December 29).
All three films are awards contenders for the Oscars, and will additionally have plenty of presence in the indie film community.
Furthermore, the trio of artsy flicks further serves to confirm the upturn in the independent movie market, following the lead of ?Somewhere,? ?Black Swan,? and ?The Fighter.?
While it won?t necessarily be easy to find ?Another Year,? ?Biutiful,? or ?Blue Valentine? in some cities across the country, New York and Los Angeles seem to be all set.

Singer has already scored a hit with new single 'We R Who We R.'

Ke$ha
Photo: Jon Kopaloff/ Getty Images
It's been a pretty phenomenal year for Ke$ha. The brash, glitter-loving club kid burst onto the scene in January with her debut album, Animal, hot on the heels of the smash debut single "Tik Tok."
In short order, she ended the chart run of Susan Boyle when Animal debuted at #1, made her first trip to the Grammy Awards, teamed up with pals 3OH!3 for another hit video with "Blah Blah Blah," dropped in on "American Idol" and hit the road with Rihanna. And that's just the first three months of the year!
But after scoring another hit with "Your Love Is My Drug" and flipping the bird to haters over their critiques of her wobbly debut on "Saturday Night Live," Ke$ha unleashed another single, "Take It Off."
For a minute, there was talk of a follow-up album that might have a country twang, not out of the question considering that she's a Nashville native and her mom penned songs for Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash. But as she said at the time, "I'm also really digging being called, like, half-jokingly, a white-girl rapper. I think it's really funny, and I'm going to ride that train for a little bit."
By August, she was already plotting her next move, telling MTV News, "I'm always writing and kind of thinking of the next step. I'm still executing this record properly onstage, but the next record is definitely on my mind, and potentially in the works soon." She described waking up in Tokyo at 4 in the morning with a brainstorm for a new song and then spending seven hours making a "horrible" beat on "Garage Band" and singing and rapping into her computer.
A short time later, it was announced that her nine-song follow-up, Cannibal, would hit stores November 22 as a "companion" album to a reissue of Animal. The disc was reported to contain eight new songs produced by heavy-hitters like Max Martin, Benny Blanco and Bangladesh and to be preceded by "We R Who We R."
"This year has been carnivorous and life-changing. I have my rowdy, gorgeous fans to thank for taking me on the ride of a lifetime," Ke$ha said in a statement. "My only goal with this record is to keep them dancing. The songs on Cannibal were made to inspire people to ignore any hate or judgment and be themselves unapologetically. It's the perfect companion to Animal and I hope you guys like it. And if you don't like it — bite me."
Though a rumored hookup with Drake was false, a confirmed track list proved to have plenty of profane and silly titles, including (ahem) "C U Next Tuesday," "Sleazy," "Blow," "The Harold Song," "Cannibal," "We R," "Crazy Beautiful Life" and "Grow a Pear," plus a remix of "Animal." After winning an MTV EMA for Best New Act, the singer also locked in her first headlining affair, the Get $leazy Tour, which is slated to kick off February 15 in Portland, Oregon.
Like most major new albums, Cannibal leaked online a week before it hit shelves, perhaps the finest proof yet that Ke$ha has truly hit the big time. Only this time, after most of the songs had hit the Web, Ke$ha just posted the damn thing herself on her website and told her fans to enjoy.
"This is my album premiere, and it's top secret, and it's really fun and it's wild," Ke$ha said in a message posted on her site. "Things are going to get crazy and a little awkward, it'll be okay. Listen to it."
She's going to have plenty of major competition on the charts this week with new releases from Kanye West, Nicki Minaj and My Chemical Romance, but something tells us Ke$ha isn't that worried.
Open the floodgates! It's Mega-Release Week, with Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, Ne-Yo, Ke$ha, My Chemical Romance and Lloyd Banks all dropping new albums. Stick with MTV News for everything you need to know about the brand-new music.

It looks like Rihanna may be back on the market. After almost a year of dating Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp, sources close to the singer say that she has broken things off with the athlete.
"It happened over the last few weeks," the insider told UsMagazine.com. "She basically was just over it."
Both Rihanna, 22, and Kemp, 26, seemed to enjoy their time together while it lasted, as they were first photographed together having some fun in the sun in Cabo San Lucas last January. But the pop star's schedule seemed to take its toll on the romance.
"He just can't keep up with her crazy travel schedule," the source says. "Matt's sick of always following after her like a puppy dog all over the world. He wants something more normal."
Plus, the source adds, "It was never as serious as it looked. It was always just
(about) having fun."
Rihanna is currently in Barbados spending time with her family and her rep could not be reached for comment.

Glam rocker tackled the legendary 1970 Led Zeppelin song for 'American Idol' rock night.
By Gil Kaufman

Imagine a freight train speeding toward you at midnight. Or a rockslide barreling down a hill as you try to outrace it. That's the feeling of the ominous, chugging Jimmy Page riff that kicks off Led Zeppelin's 1970 Stonehenge of rock, "Whole Lotta Love." And that's before singer Robert Plant leans into one of the nastiest, ecstatic rock screams this side of the Who's "Won't Get Fooled Again."
That's the song Adam Lambert chose to sing on "American Idol" rock night Tuesday (May 5), and, needless to say, it was a challenge that the eyeliner-loving Los Angeles stage veteran was more than up for, hitting a series of high notes and rock screams that would have made Plant proud. It was a risky maneuver that paid off for Lambert, who chose a tune that came in at #75 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the "500 Greatest Songs of All Time" in 2004.
The legendary British rock act recorded the tribute to Chicago blues icon Willie Dixon during their second U.S. tour after working it out in their live show, including it on their 1969 classic album Led Zeppelin II. Like many of the songs Zeppelin performed early in their career, "Love" was a blues standard turned on its head with a heavy dose of crunching psychedelic guitar and thundering drums, courtesy of late drummer John Bonham. The song was based on a 1962 tune by another blues forefather, Muddy Waters, called "You Need Love," which was penned by Dixon.
For Zeppelin's version, Plant customized the lyrics by adding some lyrical quotes from a few other songs Dixon wrote for Howlin' Wolf, "Back Door Man" and "Shake For Me," nailing the tricky vocal in a single take. It was also inspired by 1966's "You Need Loving" from the British rock group the Small Faces, for whom Zeppelin had great affection, but they also did not credit Dixon for his part in writing the original lyrics. The song became Zeppelin's first U.S. single and their only U.S. top 10 hit. Though their manager would not let them release singles in the U.K. because he thought it cannibalized album sales, the song was finally released as the band's only British single in 1997.
Dixon sued Zeppelin over the song in 1985, claiming it borrowed too heavily from his "You Need Love," and Zeppelin reached an agreement with him, with Dixon using the money he received to set up a program that provided musical instruments for schools. A cornerstone of heavy rock, the tune -- which was the theme song for the long-running British countdown show "Top of the Pops" in the 1970s and '80s -- has been covered by dozens of artists over the years, from Tina Turner and Ben Harper to Prince, Slash, Leona Lewis, Train's Pat Monahan, the London Symphony Orchestra and Jane's Addiction.

Everyone knows that Katy Perry is besties with Rihanna, so it might not be too surprising that Perry has only the kindest words for fellow female pop contemporaries Ke$ha and Lady Gaga, even if she has been critical of one of those women's artistic choices in the past.
"I love what Gaga is doing, and I love what Ke$ha is doing," Perry says in Maxim's new issue, for which she also serves as the cover girl. "I've known Ke$ha forever. She's actually in the 'I Kissed a Girl' video."
But, Perry isn't just dishing on her fellow lady celebrities, she's also showing some love for the fellas, one of whom she married in the fall. "I've said Justin Bieber [was my celebrity crush] quite a few times, but I think I'm over it now. I think it's probably safe to say I married my celebrity crush," the singer shares about husband Russell Brand. "Don't barf on this magazine."
Earlier this year, Perry was chosen to top Maxim's 2010 Hot 100 list, and she admits that the honor has really given her cred all over the place.
"It's a worldwide thing — the rest of the world makes it their standard," she says. "It's one of the questions they ask me in all interviews now, even in places where Maxim doesn't exist. I'll go to Timbuktu, and they'll be like, 'You're the #1 hottest,' and I'm like, 'Maxim said so, but thank you so much for saying so in Timbuktu.' "
So, what does Perry think makes ladies sexy? A fun-loving attitude, obviously.
"The way she presents herself and the air she has about her. You can feel her power and her confidence," Perry explains. "Also, the way she uses her ability to communicate, her brain and personality. I think that's really sexy because you all know the hottest woman can be the biggest bitch, and that's not cool."
Still riding high on the success of her Teenage Dream album, Perry shows no signs of slowing down, with a 2011 tour and a role in the "Smurfs" film on the way.
"You know, I wasn't allowed to watch 'Smurfs' growing up, ever. I grew up in a sheltered household, and my parents would keep us from certain things they thought were too much for us and our eyes," she recently told MTV News regarding her role as Smurfette. " 'Smurfs' had what my parents said was a lot of sorcery and magic."

Them Crooked Vultures make their debut with a post-Lollapalooza set.
By James Montgomery

Officially, Lollapalooza ended Sunday night in Chicago's Grant Park, with dueling sets from the Killers and Jane's Addiction. Unofficially, it ended very early Monday morning, across town at venerable rock club the Metro, with a surprise show by Them Crooked Vultures.
To the unfamiliar, the Vultures might seem like an odd choice to close out Lolla weekend ... until you realize that they're made up of Foo Fighters frontman/ former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone Age mastermind Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin legend John Paul Jones. And their gig at the Metro was their world premiere.
According to some reports, the Vultures actually turned down Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell's request to replace the Beastie Boys as headliners at the festival, opting to debut in front of some 1,100 super-psyched fans at the Metro, rather than 75,000 in Grant Park (tickets for the gig were announced via Foo Fighter/ QOTSA fan clubs). Meaning that, in a lot of ways, this was the most sought-after ticket in town.
Taking the stage just after midnight, the Vultures — Grohl on drums (of course), Homme on guitar and vocals, Jones on bass and keys and frequent QOTSA contributor Alain Johannes on guitar — ripped through 12 songs in 80 minutes, all taken from their upcoming debut, which may or may not be called Never Deserved the Future, and may or may not be hitting stores on October 23 (early "promo" videos touting both those facts were revealed over the weekend to be hoaxes perpetrated by QOTSA fans).
The songs, with appropriately Homme-ian titles like "Scumbag Blues," "Mind Eraser (No Chaser)," "Caligulove" and "Interlude w/Ludes," sounded pretty much how you'd expect, given the band's pedigree. They rocked, hard — Chicago Tribune critic Greg Kot described them as "fresh, invigorating and just plain nasty" — delving off into psychedelic, reverb-filled excursions and exploring proggy territory, "both of the old-school Yes variety, and the more modern Tool flavor," according to the Chicago Sun-Times' Jim DeRogatis.
It's not known if Monday's Metro performance was a one-off event for the Vultures — there have been whispers of a full-blown tour, but a spokesperson for Homme had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time. Nor was it clear whether or not they'll have an album out in October.
Early Monday, a Crooked Vultures Twitter account, which had previously posted links to the band's official-looking Web site and the Metro's online ticketing site — posted a link to what appears to be the group's first bit of official merchandise: a Deserve the Future T-shirt. Cost: $30.

"Tron Legacy" is on track to turn the Disney sci-fi series into a money-making franchise.
The sequel to the innovative 1982 video-game fantasy flick snagged the top spot at the Friday box office. Jeff Bridges returns as a gifted programmer whose unexplained disappearance prompts his son, played by Garrett Hedlund, to venture into the computer world to search for him. The film ventured into theaters on opening day with $18 million.
Another visual effects extravaganza, "Yogi Bear," debuted in the top five as well, scoring the second-place slot. The CGI-enhanced revamp of the beloved animated Hanna-Barbera series, which features Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake voicing the picnic-basket-snatching duo or Yogi and Boo Boo, grabbed $4.6 million on Friday.
Debuting nationwide in third place is the pugilism drama "The Fighter." Mark Wahlberg's portrayal of scrappy Massachusetts-born welterweight boxer Micky Ward, which is backed by performances from Christian Bale and Amy Adams, nabbed $3.9 million on Friday.
"Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" headed into the weekend closely behind "The Fighter" with $3.5 million. The glossy onscreen adaptation of the classic literature series has pulled in an estimated $33.9 million since hitting theaters last week.
Rounding out the top five is the star-studded romantic comedy "How Do You Know." Boasting a top-flight lineup that includes Jack Nicholson and focuses on Reese Witherspoon, Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd who are caught up in an increasingly messy love triangle, the flick picked up $2.5 million as it headed into the weekend.

Beyoncé in her ad for Heat
Photo: Coty UK
Beyoncé's steamy new ad for her perfume, Heat, recently gathered some heat of its own from the U.K.'s Advertising Standards Authority — which banned the commercial from the country's daytime TV rotation because of its sexy imagery. Now the company that makes Heat is speaking out about the sanction brought against the ad, which features the singer in a skin-tight, hot-red satin minidress, touching herself and showing some skin.
In a statement from perfume maker Coty that was posted on AceShowbiz.com, the company notes that it doesn't think there's anything too explicit about the TV spot, maintaining that it is "intended to reflect the singer Beyoncé's personal 'sexy chic' style." And while Beyoncé's cleavage is exposed at certain parts of the commercial, Coty added that it's not "overtly graphic or explicitly sexual and at no point was Beyoncé naked."
The company continued, "It was aimed at a vast selection of music programs to target a young adult audience. It would therefore be consistent with the expectations of viewers of those sorts of programs."
In a statement posted on its website, the advertising watchdog said that it has received several complaints about the Jake Nava-directed spot, which initially was aired throughout the day during family programming and now only will be shown after 7:30 p.m. The organization said, "We considered that Beyoncé's body movements and the camera's prolonged focus on shots of her dress slipping away to partially expose her breasts created a sexually provocative ad that was unsuitable to be seen by young children."

Olivia Wilde and Garrett Hedlund in "Tron Legacy"
Photo: Disney
We've long known that Disney has been positioning "Tron Legacy" as the first installment in a revamped take on the dude-gets-sucked-into-a-computer concept the studio pioneered in the early 1980s. Back in April, eight months before the new film was set to hit theaters, news broke that a script for another film already was in the works.
" 'Legacy' definitely ends in a way that there are opportunities to continue the story," producer Justin Springer told MTV News at the time.
Now that "Legacy" has hit the multiplex and the public at large has gotten a chance to see the fresh take on "Tron," the question becomes: Where will the story go from here? We recently asked Olivia Wilde, who plays the digital creature Quorra.
Beware of major spoilers below!
As we find out at the end of the film, Quorra departs the computer world and materializes as a human being in the real world for the very first time. Wilde told us that if a sequel kicks into gear, fans should expect the story to mine her fish-out-of-mainframe tale.
"I'm so thrilled to play with Quorra in the human world. It would be sort of like 'Splash,' " she said, referring to the '80s comedy starring Daryl Hannah as a mermaid unleashed in Manhattan. "I want to see her whispering to laptops and hugging toasters. ... There's a whole other chapter ahead."
Fans should also stay tuned for further development of Cillian Murphy's character. Murphy plays Edward Dillinger, a rising star at ENCOM, the tech company at the center of the franchise's mythology, and the son of one of the first film's key villains. Murphy shows up in just one scene in "Legacy," but his role is likely to expand in the future.
"Cillian Murphy we were so lucky to have in this film. His part in 'Tron Legacy' is so mysterious and cool," Wilde said. "His role really fits into the mythology of 'Tron,' the corrupt environment of ENCOM. It just shows you that this fight is far from over."

Despite his young and tender age, it should be painfully apparent that Justin Bieber is quite the ladies' man. So it comes as no surprise that the pop star took to the studio to confess his love-stricken teenage emotions through his music. In the latest of his odes to women comes the previously unheard track called "Ride," which surfaced on the Internet Wednesday (December 22).
Over a beat that sounds similar to old-school video game sound effects, Bieber serenades his girl, confessing that he'd go above and beyond to spend time with her. "We could go anywhere, to the moon and through the air/ We could go to the movies or the mall, baby I don't care/ Yeah this is true, wanna be with you/ And I just wanna ride with you," he sings.
No word on whether the sugary tune is old or a possible submission for Bieber's next project. However, the tune sounds like it might be a demo for a female vocalist as the pop singer ends the first verse with the line: "I could be your queen but you could be my boo."
"Ride" isn't the only new Bieber song to have surfaced online recently as Justin's club-ready "Latin Girl" also leaked just a few weeks ago. In addition to the tracks, Biebs has also been in and out of the recording studio with some familiar faces working on his next album, which is tentatively set to drop late next year.
While it's not clear whether Diddy will make an appearance on the Canadian heartthrob's next project, one act the singer is confirmed to have worked with is Rascal Flatts. The country trio's lead singer, Gary LeVox, spoke about the Bieber collabo in a recent interview with country radio station WSIX. "[Justin] asked us to do a duet with him on his next record," he said. "It's actually a really good song! The kid is really talented. He plays five or six different instruments really well."

Michelle Williams and Ryan Gosling get very close in their new film, Blue Valentine, but has romance bubbled over into the costars' real life?
Maybe, as the couple played very coy about their relationship during an interview with ABC News. When asked if they were a real-life item, Gosling began whistling, like he was trying to avoid the question. Williams took a more direct approach and shook her head "no," though she couldn't wipe the grin off her face.
"I don't believe that," interviewer Cynthia McFadden told the twosome.
But Gosling attempted to convince her by replying, "I always look like I'm lying. It's just -- that's my face."
The actor has been most recently linked to Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively, with whom he insists he is just friends. But Gosling and Williams, both 30, have been seen getting cozy for months now while promoting their new flick.
It looks like Gosling has a thing for blondes, doesn't it?

Lady Gaga's French fans will have to wait to check out the singer rock "Bad Romance" due to some bad weather.
The superstar's Monster Ball Tour was slated to hit Paris' Bercy venue on Sunday (December 19), but severe weather derailed the pop megastar's plans. According to a press release posted on the theater's website, Gaga's Sunday show was cancelled because of a ban barring heavy vehicles over 7.5 tons from hitting the road in dicey conditions.
Gaga tweeted that French authorities had taken custody of her caravan for over a day and arrested two members of her camp when the crew arrived for the Paris date.
"All 28 of my trucks for the Monsterball were detained by the French government going on over 26 hrs, 2 of my employees were arrested trying to get into Paris so we could perform," she tweeted. "I am furious and devastated, its unfair to my fans and to me."
Gaga added that she tried to tone down the theatrics but was told a lack of production resources ruled out the option of a simpler version of the elaborate stage show.
"I asked if I could do a stripped version of show, but there would be no sound or power source, its all been detained," she wrote. "I'm so sorry, angry+sad." The songstress, who famously hates ditching appearances, apologized for not being able to hit the stage.
"I love Paris + I love my French fans. I'm sorry little monsters. A photo of storm, I'm stuck on bus," she wrote, tweeting a snapshot of the grey weather.
The theater maintained that the Monday show will go on as planned, but could not confirm if the Sunday date will be officially moved to Tuesday.
What do you think of Gaga's show being cancelled? Let us know in the comments!
