Season after season of The Bachelor, viewers hope that the happy couple who end up together will go the distance.
Recently, The Bachelor Pad’s Tenley Molzahn spoke to People magazine about her new love Kiptyn Locke, calling him “one of the greatest things that has happened to me.” And she gushed about their comfort with each other. “With the two of us together it’s just laughter all night long. We can stay in and we’ll end up doing circus tricks!" she said. "We do the airplane thing where he has me flying by holding me up by his legs.”
And though they haven't been together for long, she already sees wedding bells in their future. “You need to date the ones you think you can marry. We’re both very open to what this could be," she explained. "Marriage someday, babies someday.”
As much as the fans of the show are dying for another wedding extravaganza -- Trista and Ryan Sutter were ages ago and we stopped caring about Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney the minute the groom dumped his first pick on national television -- it's hard to waste our time if it’s only going to end in disaster weeks later.
The most recent Bachelorette star, 26-year-old Ali Fedotowsky, was at least smart enough to realize this, asking why the hurry for her and her pick, Roberto Martinez to get down the aisle. “If you’re rushing because you’re in love, why rush? Wait. You’re going to get married any way," she told People. "We really want to make sure we’re doing this right.”
